FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our pricing, it's important to know that we charge a $80 diagnostic fee. However, if you decide to move forward with the repair, that $80 will be deducted from the total repair cost, making the diagnostic essentially free with the service. This ensures you only pay for the repair itself if you choose to have the work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer is straightforward: we start with an initial consultation to understand the issue, followed by a $80 diagnostic. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is deducted from the total cost. We then provide a detailed repair proposal, and upon your approval, we complete the repair. Once finished, we ensure everything works properly and address any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company with over 30 years of experience in the field. Our team consists of highly skilled technicians with extensive hands-on training and expertise in diagnostics and repair, ensuring top-quality service for every job we handle.
