I contacted them at the end of September because the ice maker wasn’t working properly and the bottom of the fridge was accumulating water and it was becoming a sheet of ice. He came 3 times. The first time he said the coil needed to be changed. Parts and labor was $350. Ice maker still didn’t work and the bottom still was creating the sheet of ice. He said he needed to change the ice maker. I asked If now I would have to pay more he said no, it took him 2 weeks to come back. He came said he changed the ice maker that it should be working fine. At this point it wasn’t working at all. It took him 2 weeks to answer me back he was supposed to come over the weekend when he didn’t show up Saturday I texted him he said Sunday. At this point I was done. I contacted another company which came and showed me that the ice maker was not even connected and it was never changed and nothing was done to the coil. I’m attaching a picture of the ice maker that he said he changed it’s obviously the same one it had he never changed anything So basically I was scammed.
