This company is top-tier. Brian was great to deal with on the phone and made it clear that customer satisfaction is their priority. They provided a same-day quote, and we quickly agreed on a price. Jorge is an absolute machine—he worked until 11 PM to swap out the plumbing equipment in both showers and is handling the tile work next. Amazing dedication, fair pricing, and excellent communication. I will definitely use them again!

We initially reached out to Dade-County Plumbing for a leaky tub faucet, and were pleasantly surprised by how responsive and helpful they were. During the visit they repaired the faucet and tested the draining, which led them to find the drain was clogged/slowly draining. They were able to fix that right away, also, and sent video updates of the whole process as this was in our rental property. From the initial contact late Sunday night, to two issued being fixed, was about 12 hours. We highly recommend this company, and really enjoyed working with Jorge. His thoroughness and customer service are beyond appreciated.

George did a great job on almost all the plumbing tasks, essentially updating/repairing original plumbing fixtures 40+ years old, while installing new BR and kitchen sink faucets. A small access panel now installed over the main water shutoff is not completely flush with the wall (some interference with the valve handle), fixable with a little more work but a minor issue. I note that we did pay a significant premium for same-day service rather than follow our normal practice given time to obtain multiple estimates, but here (acting as our own GC with 4 subs including George), the project- that included new vanities, a shower stall, and this work- still came in well under budget. We'll use D-C Plumbing again but get up-front estimates if time permits.

George was exceptional!! he assess the situation with my tile repair in the shower. He immediately sprung into action and cleaned the mess that someone else made.
He proceeded to fix the the issue with the soap dish and tile and was diligent in his efforts. He was so personable and kind as well to my grandchildren. I will use him over and over again. I cannot highly recommend him enough.

Jorge and Dade-County Plumbing are the epitome of professionalism. Replacing my 9 shutoff valves at various sinks and toilets is probably not a very exciting job, but Jorge treated me like a VIP start to finish and really did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable plumbing who is going to give you great work at excellent value. And he’s just a heck of a nice guy as well! As you can see from the photos my plumbing is old and tired…but those new 1/4 turn shutoffs are bright and shiney and correctly installed! Thanks Jorge!
