- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services and prices are catered specifically to what the customer needs and wants (if it makes sense). Every house is different, which makes every job different. Because I offer multiple services, I do offer package discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to acquire as much information as I can, as to give the most accurate estimate possible. Name, number, email, and address are the basic things I need to compose an official estimate. Everything discussed verbally/text/email will be reflected in the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my CDET, which is the only recognized dryer vent certification that is issued by the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA). I am currently a fire-fighter, and I'm well versed in fire safety, and prevention. My knowledge of building and construction, water flow, and working in high/hot environments translates well into the pressure cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning services that I offer.
