- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our growth plan, the first thing we do is that we buy an iPhone for every customer and we take out a new data plan. This is absolutely critical to do in 2022 on Instagram. Then we like to get started by having a Google Meet or Zoom with you, myself, and Mariane (your dedicated account manager). On this call, we'll log in for the first time together. Next, we'll discuss & develop a personalized strategy that works best for your business - including a plan of attack for how we're going to build out your ideal target audience. On an ongoing basis, we continuously work closely with you to map out the social media accounts of existing customers, competitors, hashtags that they may use, and Geotags of places where your customers spend time in real life. From there, we simply do the hard work for you and follow up to about 200 accounts on average daily, hand-selected by your account manager. If you have good content that is appealing and shows that your business does good work, you should be able to expect an average of twenty to forty followers a day, which lead can net us from five hundred to a thousand new followers a month. And, if you have any questions or need support, we'll always be there for you as you will have direct contact with your account manager, who is the person that personally grows your account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training in relation to my work is that my work has been my full-time living for the last 7 years. That's in addition to that as part of my business degree I studied several disciplines of marketing, sales, and design at Baylor.
