This is what customer service should be. Marc said he was coming to fix/replace our water heater. He came when he said he was coming. He gave us a fair quote. He got the job done in reasonable time. This sounds normal but this has become a rare experience. Thank you Marc for making it easy to work with you and for being good at what you do.

Marc was very punctual. He asked questions until there was a mutual understanding about the problem. Provided some solutions for remediating the problem and was transparent about the pricing. He then, picked up the items from the hardware store, installed the handle/valve module, aligned our shower arm, and made sure our spout did not shoot off the wall -- as it had before. Finally, he tested the system -- to make sure the Posi-Temp Module worked. Importantly, he did NOT make a mess! We will likely roll with him again for a water tank and bathtub/pipe manifest upgrade/installation. We are confident he will solve your problems with the same work quality and professionalism as he did ours.

Great experience. Water heater began leaking and I reached out to several companies for help. It was around 9 pm and they walked me through safely turning off gas, water and draining the heater. He even offered to come at 10 pm if I was worried. He showed up on time the following morning and completed the work in a timely manner at a great rate. Why can’t all companies be so great?! What a good experience!!!
