I can’t recommend RF enough! We booked a class with Sid for a bachelor party, and it was such an incredible experience. Despite going out the night before and, let’s just say, fully embracing the Miami nightlife, Sid made sure we powered through the workout and had a blast doing it.
The class was the perfect mix of challenge and fun—Sid’s energy and encouragement kept us motivated even when we were feeling a little under the weather. 😂 The workout itself was innovative, engaging, and something totally different from the usual fitness routine.
