- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the value of services provided to each client, the value of which is determined by not only years of experiential learning and dedication to continuous growth in the field; but also by the amount of physical and mental energy it takes the ElleEzra team to complete every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I like to understand what my client’s goals are, and how they will feel most comfortable and content in their space. Once I have a clear vision of my client’s needs, the process is very hands off for the client. Most clients tend to go about their day, and come back to find a sense of relief and freedom in a renewed space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied fashion design, but became a self made interior designer. I ultimately started down the interior design path at an exclusive home builder, called Sun West, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The projects we managed began at $3 Million and above. I applied as an interior designer, but was placed in the construction wing, as the Assistant President of Construction, where I began learning the trade from a construction stand point. From there I began independently taking on interior design projects, applying my knack for design, and knowledge of construction. I believe creativity cannot be taught in school, and the art of design is an innate talent. I’ve received my schooling from experience and work in the industry.
