Ana is an excellent chef. She has great attention to detail. Her food is exceptionally seasoned, very flavorful and pleasing to the eye. She prepared Mediterranean cuisine that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

We were blown away by the service provided by Ana. We were a group of five women who wanted a private chef for a bachelorette celebration. Many of the guests were used to Michelin-quality restaurants and fine dining and Ana exceeded our expectations. She was extremely accommodating with one guest requiring vegetarian modifications. The food was unique, fresh, and the presentation was outstanding. The quality blew us away in terms of an approproate price point and the creativity of the meal that you can only get with someone who has years of experience in a fine dining kitchen and a clear attention to detail in flavor and presentation. Her food is just stunning to look at and flavor combinations I had not experienced before. I had spoken with several private chefs for this event and I don't think anyone in the area is operating at the same level as Ana. She was kind and professional and we will be using her services for all future events.

Working with Ana - the chef from the Violet Chive - was an absolutely divine experience. Her food was excellent, the way it was plated was so beautiful, the taste was incredible, the professionalism was great and everything was out of this world. The best word to describe hiring Ana as the private chef of my retreat is INCREDIBLE! Working with her to get everything set up was so effortless. Her menu idea was amazing.
