- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only bill for services rendered. Not bait and switch and no random fees. We try to be as straight forward as possible and honesty and integrity is how we operate our business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to gather as much details/ information as possible in order to be able to give an accurate price and know what we need to prepare for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the IICRC the industries gold standard in water damage, fire and smoke, odor control and microbial services. I am also a state licensed mold assessor and remediator as well as a certified NORMI member in mold assessment and remediation (National org of mold assessors and remediators)
