Kyler from Kobe Home Inspections is a personable young professional with good communication skills and very punctual. He arrived right on time. Explained the inspection process and got right to work. Immediately upon completing the inspection he showed me the report he was submitting along with the photographs documenting the inspection. He explained both the good points and bad points shown in the photos which was very educational. In my opinion the inspection was accurate and fair. The report was immediately available thru an online link Kyler provided. In fact the whole process from initial contact, setting up the appointment, making payment, and submitting the report was tracked in real time online, super fast and efficient! Wish other business operated this efficiently.
