You may reschedule one call per month with at least 24 hours’ notice. • No refunds or cancellations before completing the 4-month commitment. I’ll walk you through the coaching app, check-in process, and how we track progress. ONGOING COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY ✔ Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls – Every week, we’ll track progress, fine-tune nutrition, and adjust your strategy. We focus on building habits, refining your workouts, and addressing mindset shifts. ✔ Full Access to My Coaching App – Your custom workouts, nutrition tracking, and habit-building tools are all in one place. You’ll log workouts, track progress, and access educational resources to support your journey. ✔ Ongoing Support & Direct Access to Me – You’re not doing this alone. Ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable with direct communication throughout the week. 💡 This program is NOT a rigid meal plan or generic fitness plan—it’s a personalized, client-centered approach to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term success.
