Askanaz was very professional. The quality of his work was worth the cost of the repair. We had a window leak in our apartment due to previous faulty window installation and needed a reliable repairman. Askanaz was able to cut the drywall, identify the leak, seal the area and even returned to reseal it again before placing new drywall, sanding, and painting. The repair area looks brand new, it’s even better than before and you can’t tell there was ever a leak. While the white paint he used has a different finish from our current white paint, we like the contrast and will be using it in our space. Askanaz cleaned up and also took initiative by tightening a loose closet door as well as an electrical outlet plate that was loose.
