Hello. I would like to clarify this score and put a little context to what happened. It is a shame that the whole situation is not told so that we all understand better. It should be noted that when the man contacted me to do the drywall repair work, he asked me for a quote for 8 holes, when I arrived at the location he added 4 more and told me I should do it for the same price. and that it was not negotiable. I agreed to do it because it was already there, but I told him that the crack in the living room couldn't be fixed by just applying caulk, that all the loose surface had to be removed, which was a lot more work. For which I should charge him an extra amount, which he told me to just cover it with putty and that's it, and again he told me that I would not pay more. I did what he asked, I didn't want to argue with the client. But the next day I see this person's bad review and it makes me sad because my intention was always to help him. I repaired 12 holes, but if one is bad I understand why I am obligated to do it right. That's why I offered to go see the returned work to fix the second image I posted, but he didn't want to. My premise is that the client is happy with my work, this time I couldn't achieve it but I will continue to do my best to improve every day and have happy clients.
