I had a terrible experience with Gonzalez Quality Remodelers. I hired them to repaint doors and patch nail holes for a rental property, with payment agreed via Zelle after inspection by my realtor. Despite clarifying this upfront and offering 50% payment upon photos of completion, the contractor refused to start unless the realtor was present at an unspecified time. He missed the agreed start day, delayed another day, and then stopped responding altogether. His unprofessionalism caused a two-day delay, leaving the work unfinished before my tenants moved in. Would not recommend.
