- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard for you and ourselves so we stay small and so do our prices, it’s simple economics. It’s the two of us paying ourselves and the business compared to a larger company with much greater overhead. We’re guaranteed to price match or in many cases come in much, much lower than our competitors.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always been interested in the alternative and renewable energy field. In 2013 I got the news I was to be a father and put myself back into college. I enrolled in the eastern florida state college alternative and renewable energy program and actually gained employment doing solar before I eventually graduated with a 4.0 and a member of phi theta kappa. I opened Brightside Solar in 2019. I love what I do, I am good at what I do, and I’d love the opportunity to prove it to you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure experienced technicians are doing the sale,building the correct size system for your needs, and also doing the work from start-finish-and thereafter. Make sure they’re not too big for you so when you need them they are there for you. Make sure they are not price gouging, make sure you are getting what’s expected.
