- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mobile website design, full site design, social network packages, business cards and other print advertising is one side of our business. We also help, in home, with virus removal, software installation / removal, and any other computer related desire. We've even helped remove pictures from a camera and put them on a computer, re-sized and ready for email and Facebook posting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a designer, you should have a basic idea in your head of what you would like to have created. A basic sketch or some examples showing the vision, always helps. Be as descriptive as you can and your vision will be realized. When hiring someone for computer help, try to write down any error messages or pop up window messages that you see. Also, write down, if possible, all information, such as what was open on your computer or what you were doing at the time. This helps with re-creation, when needed.
