- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small patch jobs 250 minimum, everything's mostly by the square foot it can vary from $3 to $4 a $5 or more depending on the type of the tile and how it's getting installed. some jobs you have to look at talk to the customer and give him a direct price for ripping out something to redoing it there's no set price on that type of work due to the complexity of the job. Veterans, Seniors over 67 or disabled people all get 10 percent discount!! Ace
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call customer first or text. communication is key when talking to a customer some customers like the text but texting can only do so much I like to go out to the jobs measure everything see exactly what it looks like cuz everything is different on each job some things I can give over to phone price it's just according what the problem is. I asked customer what's a good date,tile so I can meet them!! After I do my information on the job I tell them a price if they want me I do paperwork and email the bid to them. Ace
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated 12 years, 2yrs business Master tile setter certificates, I can read blueprints, I do all mud work if necessary, epoxy specialist for grouting certificate, 10 years I was a store owner. I can waterproof steam showers Roman tubs spas. I can do residential commercial I can do it all. Ace
