- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Serving Melbourne, FL and Brevard County. We are local Certified Public Accountants based in Melbourne that provide very reasonable and affordable tax services. We would be happy to assist you with filing your tax returns. We would suggest having an initial phone consultation to discuss your tax return needs. Our initial discussion and consultation is provided free of charge. We would be happy to schedule an appointment to discuss your tax needs. In addition we will provide special discount rates for low income seniors and for those needing to file a return to qualify for Federal Stimulus Package funds (CARES Act).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are local Certified Public Accountants dedicated to providing affordable accounting and tax services to individuals and small businesses. When working with a new customer, we first recommend speaking with you by phone or in-person at our office, whichever is more convenient for you. This initial consultation is free of charge. During the consultation, we discuss how we can best help you with your accounting and tax needs. We can also provide our clients access to our secure portal. This provides a safe and secure means to send and receive tax information remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The team at Roberts Group CPA are Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Each CPA is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and have earned a Masters degree level of education. In addition to their education, the CPAs have a high level of technical competence, a sense of commitment to service, good communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work well with people.
