I put in my request, not only did they email me immediately, but called about 5 minutes later. Our water heater burst, so I needed someone right away. They were at my house at 9 the next morning. I contacted Gold Star Maintenance to repair a broken outside hose spigot. Tony came out right away, even though it was not urgent. He was professional and polite and had the job done quickly. He triple checked to make sure it was not leaking before he left. I really appreciated his thoroughness and quality of his work. Got first response from Gold Star, and Tony was in the area and could come by soon. Do not believe how bad my master bathroom faucets and lines were. No wonder I had such poor water flow. Now I have a steady flow of HOT and cold flow in my bathroom! Could not be happier!!
