Pricing is based on half hour or hour sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation with the client to develope the proper program that is best for the client depending on what their fitness goals are. We then get the proper workout and nutrition program that suits what the clients goals are. Then implement the plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master trainer, sports nutrition specialist, sports and conditioning, senior instructor, weight loss coach, competition coach and rehab exercise specialists.
