An 9 year certified Master Personal Trainer.
Certification - AAAI/ISMA. 19 years of experience!
*No Equipment? No problem! I bring the gym to you! I have a fitness center available I train my clients as well.
My specialization range from Resistance Band, Weights, calisthenics and TRX training. I will also incorporate your equipment in the training style as well.
If you're not into the big commercial gyms, than I'm the fitness professional you're looking for. After all, it's not WHERE you train, its HOW you train! I love to see others achieve their goals.

Muscle building, body toning, weight management, weight loss, Boxing, Kick Boxing, yoga, HIIT cardio, Rehabilitation and more!
*In person online or remote training Available!
(Times May Vary) for those inside and outside of my 20 minute travel radius for training.
*I offer a Free 45 minute fitness assessment to get an idea of where you are, and where you could be.

*I have Fitness center where I train clients that come to me unless I travel to your residence.
I also train at parks, homes and apartment complex gyms as needed or requested within a 10 to 20 minute radius.
