We offer professional odor removal, sanitization/disinfection services, mold inspections, asbestos sampling and post asbestos abatement clearance, and indoor air quality inspections(IAQ). Our services are available for residential and commercial businesses. Homes, offices, retail, hospitality industry (Hotel/motel and restaurants), daycare centers, gyms, RV, buses, trucks, automobiles, and anywhere our services are needed. Odor issues: Our deodorization process not only deodorizes the space by attacking odor molecules, but it kills bacteria, viruses, and mold and truly leaves your space healthier after the treatment. Our treatment not only treats the odors, but we can also sanitize/disinfect solid surfaces and the AC ducts at the same time. Mold and IAQ issues: If mold is the suspected issue, we can conduct an in-depth inspection, test for mold, and get lab results back quickly so you can start to get back to a healthy environment. Asbestos: We offer asbestos inspections, sampling and post abatement clearance sampling.

A tenant vacated a warehouse I own and left me with dog urine saturated in concrete, throughout the space. John did a thorough cleaning, but there was still a slight smell next day. John came back this morning, and retreated entire space, so my new tenant was happy. Indoor Air will be the first company I call, if I have this problem in the future.

I had my AC system cleaned a few months ago with the hopes of having clean air in my house. It didnt seem to help much. I tried sprays, jars of air fresheners, and nothing worked. A friend referred me to Indoor Air and Odor Management. I called, and they came to my home that day. They explained how the process works and how it would help, so I had them do a treatment. What a difference it made. Im very happy with the results. I wish I would've contacted them sooner. Thank you!

I resently moved to Melbourne, Fl. Unfortunately, I found out after I moved into the house, it had odor issues. The house smelled like it had multiple pets and cat urine and had a very musty smell. I had a difficult time sleeping in the house. Thankfully I found Indoor Air and Odor Management. They came out and did a great job. Now the house smells fresh and clean. I couldn't be happier. I have a rental that the previous tenant smoked in. I couldn't get rid of the smell but John came out and took care of it. I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
