John and his team were professional, paid attention to detail, and were very good with communication. I shopped around and had 4 estimates done on my home before deciding to go with them. They were both the best quality and charged me the least.

My experience with CertaPro has been fantastic and our freshly painted home looks beautiful! (and our neighbors love it!!!) Each step from estimate to color decisions to completion could not have been better. John did our estimate (even called before arriving promptly) and he was thorough in explaining options/cost with us, and was so nice to work with, no pressure, and took away the normal stress that home improvement projects bring. We were happy with both the cost of job, and the quality of work. Job site was kept tidy and the result is even lovelier than what we envisioned. Thank you John, Jessica & the CertaPro team for bringing new beauty to our home. You will be our first and only call for future home projects.

John was very responsive to our needs and wrote a well detailed contract on site. However, the crew had a difficult time understanding the contract and our needs. In the end the job was done to our expectations.

Five is not enough! This was, hands down the best contractor experience & the least stressful that Ive hadever! The house looks beautiful, and our neighbors love the new colors!We reached out to CertaPro after learning the hairline cracks on our exterior wall & the poor quality & application of paint from builder was allowing water intrusion.John arrived promptly (even called before before arriving ) & kindly addressed all of our questions and concerns (and we had lots of questions ). Quote was detailed and very fair, which we went with. On the day of the job, his team arrived on schedule, were respectful, nice, meticulous in their prep & paint, and kept the site (our home) clean & tidy. I had a few changes to discuss/add, and John always communicated back quickly, professionally, and with a smile , which helped take the stress of the project off of my shoulders. He and Jessica also went way above and beyond in helping us decide between a dozen+ shades of green on which would achieve the best look.Thank you John, Jessica and the whole CertaPro team for your professionalism and for making our home look so beautiful. It truly was a pleasure, and we will definitely be calling you for our future home improvement projects.
