My name is Daniel McGloin and I am a Florida Licensed Home Inspector. The important word there is home. I come to your property to perform inspections on your home. For most people this is the most important investment of their lives. So, I promise to inspect your property just like it is my own, and I will do it with promptness, thoroughness, and adherence to industry standards. My inspections carry a one year warranty and if you make any change within one year that would alter the results of one of my reports I will come back and update it at no charge. My hope is that I can exceed my promises.

I had my appointment made smoothly and Dan showed up called me to let me know approximately one half-hour before the scheduled time and let me know he would be there on time, which he was. Dan was friendly and explained the process and answered my questions completely and with patience. He told me would email the reports to me as soon as possible. I received them the next day. I recommend him highly.
