- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. We don't charge a fuel surcharge. Veterans get a 10% discount on repairs. Free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact us, we try to assess the problem, or find out what they’re looking for through the phone call. Once assessed, we go out and give them an estimate on cost to repair or install the product and let the customer tell us if they want it or not. If they do and we have the materials, we install on the spot. If not, we order it and install once the materials arrive
