- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are $65 plus parts if needed. A maintenance check is $55. A maintenance is done on systems that are in running order. I'm a small business and have small business prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm in the business of keeping customers. I am not into this for the short gain. I am in this for the long haul. The way of keeping customers is being honest, and giving professional service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Post secondary education certificate as well as an A.S Degree in HVAC. I have also factory training from Carrier Corporation. And more importantly have been in the business for 23 years.
