I can't say enough good things about Michelle's contract work. As a small business owner, I needed someone who could both protect my interests and explain complex legal concepts in plain English. Michelle delivered on both counts.
What really sets her apart is her attention to detail combined with her efficiency. While some attorneys seem to deliberately drag things out, Michelle got right to the point. She reviewed our contractor agreements, spotted several potential issues I hadn't even considered, and revised the language to make everything airtight – all within a week.
