- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business we can be very competitive with other large or small appliance repair companies. In addition, we strive to leave our customer with a positive experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 55 years experience repairing appliance. I also went to college and studied HVACR.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad had an Appliance store. His partner ran the sales and my dad ran the service department. When I was 13 he started taking me to work with him on Saturday during the school year and during the week in the summer.
