- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum house call is $39.00 with my *no-risk guarantee. *You owe nothing if I have not provided value upon the initial house call. Discounts are honored for Seniors & Veterans of the community. When hired, Before beginning work, I will provide an estimate up-front, so you will know to the penny what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the moment, I have become engaged in a consultation with you; my objective will become clear- to help. My extensive experience will weigh in assertive listening, the delivery of focused questions, patience, and positive actions leading to a quick solution to the plumbing problem. You can be confident and trust the outcome will be satisfactory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a recognized specialist, education comprised plumbing piping systems-water, drain & gas, fixtures, equipment, and appliances, and tightly integrated training in single-family homes. I am an accomplished master plumber with credentials and certifications earned, which qualify me to service, repair and diagnose the most complex plumbing issues
