Taylor, as a professional you need to provide a transparent and precise approach to your services. No where in the description did you provide as you said(remote services) in other words you then wasted my time by prefacing you follow me on your description on how you work. Really dishonest approach to business, I’m sure this a practice that another dishonest person fostered you in I’m sure.

Hi Richard, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience during our five minute discovery call. You mentioned you wanted someone located in Ft. Lauderdale so that they could often be onsite at your project, my profile lets you know that I’m located in Miami. I also have a badge on my profile that lists remote services available as well as virtual or in person consultations offered in my bio. I apologize if you were unhappy with this response however, I was honest with you from the start of our phone call that if we were to work together, I would be available for remote services after an in person consultation due to the travel time from Miami. Ultimately, we weren’t a good fit and that is why we only spent a few minutes on the phone. I’m not sure why this deserved a one star review but I wish you the best with your project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly fee or a fixed design fee based on the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step would be scheduling a design consultation (in-person or virtually) where I give you some ideas for your space and answer any questions you may have. I’ll then send you a design contract with an estimated number of hours attached. I source items on your behalf and present them to you with a floor plan and room layout attached. I can place orders for you and have all items sent to you or my receiving warehouse until you’re ready to have them delivered. I love making this process simple and stress free for my clients!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Interior Design and Business. I have worked for two Residential Interior Designers as well as Allan Domb Real Estate in Center City, Philadelphia. I work with each of my clients personally to ensure that every project is unique and functional for you and your family!
