What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer as-needed services from $100-150 per person. We also have memberships available for regular services that you need on your home. We can work out lower rates in advance with that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet you in person, or chat on the phone if you are up north. and understand your needs and how we can help you achieve them. We love working with nice people and getting the job done quickly and cleanly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We help locals, and snowbirds and service many vacation homes on the island and lots of people moving into their homes for the first time.
