Cheap quote was identical to quality of work. Signed contract for 2 weeks job and small bathroom wasn't done for 2 months. GP only spent maybe 3 hours every few days to work on bathroom . Was very disappointed with time frame and end results. It's worth to pay the higher quote guy with more 5 star reviews than the guy with 5 reviews and cheap quote. Miami dade is currently pursuing Manuel for illegally dumping contractor debris on the streets of Miami. On top of it all the mirror installed by manuel fell on top me shortly after installation. I had injuries on my back and arm. He used picture frame anchors instead of 100lb anchors. This guy is bad news from the get go. DO NOT HIRE. SCAM.
