It was a pleasure to work with Lenny. Lenny and his crew were exactly on time. Moving day was very smooth, not a single thing broken or scratched. The pricing was exactly what we agreed to. Lenny even did a time check to let me know how many hours we were into the job and whether or not I wanted them to continue helping with set up. That was a first! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of prices depending on your needs. Our usual estimate of $99.00 a hour, includes shrink wrap, blankets, and and dissembly and assembly of your furniture and appliances. My long term, experienced moving crew is also included in the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After confirming all of the necessary information, a quote is given to our potential new customer. If the terms are acceptable, a date and time for Lenny Van Go to do the move is setup. No deposit is required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Teamsters and my 12 years of experience.
