I'm not one to give a bad review. I usually just move on with the bad experience. I will explain in detail what took place and you decide. They charge $250 00 to go visit and acess the situation. Of which i gave $100.00 deposit upfront before they would schedule the date and time. The office had great communication, very friendly as they took my deposit. The technician did not show up at the scheduled time, which was at 10:00 am. I'm pretty patient. So, I called at 12:00. The office apologized. The technician shows up around 4:30. Fine, I wasn't there. They had access to the spa. They were there for about 10 minutes max. They left. I didn't hear from them until the next day calling for the remaining balance. I was confused. I asked, what were the results cause nothing had been done. They said that the technician had reached out, which was not true. Had no idea what was going on. The office apologized again and emailed me the proposal. Are you all ready. $3500.00. When I questioned the price, I was told that they have experience technicians and they know what they are talking about. And then continue to ask for the additional deposit. I honestly felt robbed. I called another Spa company, they too charge to show up. Their fee was $95.00, more reasonable, but weary that I would get the same outcome. He replaced the sensors (2), changed the filter and made an adjustment to the motor which was stuck. My Spa is now working 100 % and the total repair cost including the $95.00 service charge: $250.00. I'm sorry, but I could not stay silent. I can only speak for my experience. I hope this helps others.

Hi Mr. Lage, I definitely understand the confusion between the price we offered vs. the price you paid for what to the layman sees is the same work. Hey, the spa works now, right? But this is the difference between slapping a bandaid on the issue that is going to fail just to get it running vs. actually fixing the issue(s) in a way that is permanent. The spa pack itself was covered in corrosion (I wish I could post pictures, but unfortunately it wont let me), so although you could replace the sensors and get it to work for now, it is not going to last. So a new spa pack, parts, labor + 1 year warranty (we stand behind our work and will come out ten times if it’s not right on our dime. Another reason we don’t do bandaids) is $1500. The corrosion was also on 2 of the pumps. I’m glad the tech you found was able to shake it loose, but it won’t be long before it seizes up again, unfortunately. So parts/labor/1 year warranty on each pump is $1000 each. We were also cutting you a break with the addition of only $300 to fix the multiple leaks (which is the cause of the whole mess in the first place, and it doesn’t sound like the person you ended up hiring addressed this issue 😕) as it was going to take quite a bit of re-plumbing and multiple visits to address. We are glad you found someone with the quality work and price point that worked for you, though, and wish you the best of luck with it going forward.
