FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My overnight rate is roughly a 12-14 hour period that includes feeding dinner, letting out or walking, being with them all night through breakfast in the morning and of course making sure they are let out or go for a walk before I leave. If I'm staying for the day or coming back for a visit, that is a separate rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet the pet(s) in the environment where I will be watching them, whether that is at my house or yours but I know every now and then things come up so if we need to video message each other first to save time, that is possible as well. Usually we have the meet and greet and see if your pet(s) is/are comfortable with me and me with them and we can go over all the specific details including their likes/dislikes and all the cute idiosyncrasies so that I can care for them the best I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had cats my entire life and I've been around dogs all my life. Currently I have 2 cats and 1 dog. I used to volunteer at the Pet Alliance as a Kitty Cuddler and I took an animal CPR class there. Besides my own pets, I've also dispensed medication, including diabetes shots to other pets.
