JC Construction did a great job, showed up on time and easy to discuss what needed to be done. We are an HOA and that is not always easy to work with and he was patient and understanding. I will be using him on my own property in the next week.

JCP Construction was very professional. My job was a small project. However the contractor put extra effort in getting the job done right. Having someone who makes an extra effort shows they care about the the customer . If anyone is looking for a contractor ,consider hiring JCP Construction LLC. They will come out and give you an estimate whether it be total renovation or smaller project.

Follow up when they promise to follow up - Spoke to owner himself on Saturday - promised to call on Monday when arriving in office - No call. Called and left msg on Wed. Again - No response. Used the app to send a msg Thursday - A day or 2 later - I don’t recall - owner posted a msg apologizing, stating they are too busy to take on new jobs at this time and wished me well finding someone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will put together a detailed estimate for the complete scope of work. I am happy to price different options or add/deduct alternates to help customers make value decisions to match their budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for most projects is to meet with the customer and understand what they would like to accomplish from their space, take measurements, take pictures, and make recommendations. If the customer has any photos of project ideas or material selections, this is very helpful. I will then put together an estimate and schedule for the project and review with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. After college i spent 8 years as a project manager for a large company performing healthcare projects from $20-200 million. I bring the technical knowledge, logistics planning, and attention to detail I learned building hospitals to all my projects, big or small.
