I have lived in PCB For years and years and I have went through people from time to time. No showing up on time or no longer in business or just plan doing a terrible job. Josh went out of his way to make sure thing looked great. He did so well, I kept expanding the things I had him pressure wash and he was very fair with pricing on the original ask and the add-ons. I would highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by square footage. Between 15 to 18 cent a square foot depending on how bad the mold is on the house
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out the size of the house, give them a price, if accepted I show up and wash. Then once they are happy I collect payment
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been working for a company in Santa Rosa for a year and a half as their main employee.
