Irishman Pressure Washing (Sean Kearns) cleaned my tile roof and repaired cracked tiles. They also pressure washed my driveway and sidewalks and seal them to prevent growth of mold and mildew. They also cleaned my gutters on a 2 story townhome while working on the roof. Sean kept me informed throughout the process and send me pictures of problem areas. The work was done in Hunters Green in New Tampa FL.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and executes a great service. His team cleaned the roof, gutters, facia, driveway and walkway of my home and it's never looked better. Explained all the steps with me and how the chemicals work for a soft shingle roof. Would definitely use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are licensed and insured to clean TWO STORY roofs. We use a pet and plant friendly chemical when we mist the roof. We do not high pressure or even soft clean the roof.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with the home or business owner and walk the job. I want to make sure we see what you’re seeing . I then provide a quote instantly. I need a client for seven minutes to provide the quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Six years of training. I received my chemical license training at USF.
