Cookie responded to my inquiry very quickly, and wanted to visit my cat before working with him. She understands ’cat.’ We reviewed what needed to be done, my cat’s quirks, and what makes him happy. I hired her to cat sit for a 12 day period a few weeks in advance. Suddenly, I got held up out of town before then and Cookie came to the house to take care of things. What a relief. When I was gone for the 12 days, Cookie kept me apprised of my cat’s eating, playing, etc. She texted me daily, and frequently sent pictures. Cookie set my mind at ease while out of town.

She posted pictures for us to see how our cats were doing. We came home to a clean space for the food and water. She's very personable and professional when she came over to introduce herself and see the kitties.
