FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first appointment will be an assessment and is the same price as a single session. All prices are for 60min sessions. There is a $15 fee if I travel to your home and a $20 fee for a second person. I also train small groups (ask about pricing). Sessions are booked out monthly and payment is due at the beginning of each month. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule your session; if not you will be charged for the session. Any session not used during the month will be rolled over to the next month as long as they were canceled in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as you contact me I will be in touch with you to get a few details and answer any questions. Then I send you an email with a health history questionnaire to see if you have any medical conditions requiring you to get medical clearance from your doctor. If you are ready to move forward I will schedule you for a 60 min assessment which can take place in-person or virtually. At the assessment I start by having you fill out some forms and we speak about your current health, past experience as well as your goals and expectations.
