- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Even if you see a price set on my profile, I will always reach out to the customer to make sure we are charging a fair price that can accommodate not only for me, but mainly to the customer as there is always room for negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always reach out to the customer with in the first hour to go over jobs details and more importantly what the customer wants and needs.
