When it comes to realness and authenticity, Evan is as real as it gets. I don’t know anybody who has committed his life to his personal expansion, awakening, and spiritual growth as much as he has. His pursuit of internal freedom and liberation has inspired me to go deeper within myself and continue my search for truth and peace within. Discovery & intro. Figure out needs, goals, aches, passions. Break down the many ways I serve others. Then let the process unfold and come together geared to you personally.

I’m educated & trained in Physical fitness, health & nutrition. Holistic health, circadian biology, cellular mechanics, and Mental health & planet medicine modalities. Also Meditation & energy work. I bring an evidence/science based approach to health and wellness converging with metaphysical & energetic improvements & benefits.
