- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Property Management: Zero set up fees!, We offer discounts for multiple properties (Call for details). Property Management Fees are 10 % of monthly rent rate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Property Management: We conduct an interview to understand the clients needs, enter into contract, process property and tenants. We screen the tenants, prepare all documentation marjet the prioerty and start sensing payments to the owners. We handle all of the stresses if owning property. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an Army veteran I have been presented with many different difficult situations so there's no scenario in which I will not be able to handle with the proper leadership and determination to insure my clients are receiving the highest return possible additionally I previously held I financial advisors license insurance agents license mortgage brokers license currently hold a real estate license and I'm an active invest you so I'm well-versed and rested investment where this for cash flow retirement or lump sums of money.
