- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are priced including time and materials or piece work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer are strongly urged to send pictures of the item(s) or area to the business email address for a more accurate estimate. If needed, our Prime Contractor will ask to see the piece(s) or area in person for more challenging or larger jobs. New customers are also asked to consider that work may be done onsite or offsite; whichever yields the best results for the client or for the finish.
