What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many times there is no charge for on site estimates. Service charge for more time consuming estimates is $70 with the charge being credited back to any work done. Camera inspections start at $350 and will go up depending on size of building or house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
22 years of plumbing experience in both commercial and residential. 8 years of certified pipe lining / epoxy coating.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started at the age of 14 in New construction top outs as a summer job and continued to full time after high school.
