- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the size of the area to be cleaned. Our estimate pages provide guideline pricing. If you're unsure please let us know your address, we will check the size on Google Maps and give you an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Reach out with your address, and what you'd like cleaned. 2) We'll give you a quote and scheduling options. 3) Confirm and schedule! We want to make the booking process straight forward and easy for you! On the day of the clean: 1) Our employee will message you when en-route with an exact ETA 2) If you're present we'll come and talk with you and discuss expectations 3) We get to work! If you're not present for a clean, we take plenty of before and after pictures of the clean, and an online invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff have: - A minimum of 10 years experience in this industry. - Attended conventions, seminars, and trainings. - Top of the line, high-end commercial grade equipment. - Are present within the industry community.
