FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always conduct a consultation, either by phone or in person. This gives us an opportunity to find out about our client's goals, what matters most to them, and some of their areas of struggle, which then allows us to better guide them into a program that will fit their needs. Their first training session will be an assessment/evaluation of where they are physically. This allows us to start our new clients at the proper training phase in order to ensure they are not overly sore, injured, or overwhelmed. From here, we appropriately progress their training regimen as deemed necessary based on how the client adapts to the program.

Daphne became a personal trainer in 2011, after having a long history of loving fitness. Her previous career wasn't fulfilling.
