- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have found that the best way to determine if a client and advisor have the basis for a positive, long-term working relationship is to have a face-to-face meeting in which both the prospective client and advisor are free to ask questions, share experiences and determine expectations. These meetings are free of charge and typically take between 30 and 60 minutes.
