Melissa was GREAT. She responded immediately to my tax inquiry and provided all documents, next steps, set up a quick call, etc. We were able to do everything virtually and I felt safe doing so by using her secure portal to upload all documents. She was able to get us our maximum return in a super timely manner. When I was having issues esigning documents she called immediately and walked me through it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base prices for single filer - $200+. Married filing joint/or separate as well as head of household - $250+. One state efile is included in price. Additional states and self-employment will increase price and can be discussed at consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will have immediate access to my secure online portal for uploading/downloading all forms in the process of preparing tax returns. Signatures are all done digitally and PDF copies of tax returns are stored safely on the portal as well. Client can login anytime and download copies as needed. Upon request, Hard copies can be mailed to the client for an additional $15 to cover printing, binding, postage and handling.
